In chapter 6, we saw the seven-sealed scroll being handed to our Worthy Jesus! He takes the scroll and begins opening the seals one at a time. As each seal is broken, it’s as if the contents written in that section are unleashed on the earth. Six seals later, we have seen calamity after calamity unfold. In chapter 7, the flow is interrupted so that we can learn about 144,000 Jewish people who will be sealed/marked by God signifying their protection and salvation. Then, chapter 8 picks back up with the seventh seal.

When the seventh seal is opened, the atmosphere of the lively, vibrant, praise and song-filled Throne Room shifts .. to complete silence! But why? …Then, we learn of seven angels holding seven trumpets and ‘another angel’ offering our prayers to God … all in six verses. Scroll through to take a deeper look at what is going on at this point in heaven.

Our God has thought of every single detail concerning our salvation while at the same time releasing appropriate judgments on wickedness. I am praying that this Truth becomes more and more clear as we continue on in this study! Be blessed and encouraged as you scroll through!

Until next week,

Skye :)
